We knew we were onto something exciting as soon as we meet these two cool cats (and their two divine children). They were both adamant they didn't want anything too 'wedding-ish' - excellent! They had chosen awesome venues for their ceremony and reception - even better! And of course, Seb being the Executive Chef at The Newport meant that superb food and wine were always going to be a priority.
Bonnie and Seb had chosen Creative space 99 as their ceremony location. The inner-city, lane-way setting gave us the perfect blank canvas for us to create a uniquely industrial, yet organic feel. We introduced elegance through the beautiful lighting of candles and a canopy of festoon lighting above. Flora Folk created a stunning installation to fall so beautifully behind them as they became husband and wife! We carried all of these gorgeous elements through to their reception at the Australian Museum. We used our natural jute place mats to add a gorgeous textual element to the table settings and complemented these with beautifully handwritten placecards and a spring of fresh herbs picked from the garden just that morning!
