Honey Lane Team Update
We are THRILLED to introduce our two newest Honey Lane team members. It’s been a busy start to the year with so many gorgeous weddings and divine couples! Producing beautiful seamless weddings is what Lauren excels at, and her warmth and expertise allow our couples to really relax and enjoy their amazing celebrations. We also have the pleasure of welcoming Emma into the Planning team! Emma’s energy and attention to detail and love of all things weddings is infectious. We can’t wait for you to meet her as well!
Get to know Lauren
When did you first know you loved all things weddings?
“Back in the UK, I studied floristry and I have always loved the unique and creative flair that a vision can have and impact people when it comes to life. I also come from an events and hospitality background, so I started building the knowledge of suppliers and then gradually would see more and more inspiration and knew weddings was the right industry and the next step for me.”
What’s one item you can’t live without?
“My big 1 litre water bottle. Definitely can’t live without that on event days.”
What's something about you (a fun fact) that not many people know?
“After I left uni, I worked for the BBC in the production team and was featured on the credits of two TV shows.”
What you are most looking forward to this year?
“I am excited to see some of the beautiful wedding locations that we have coming up later this year. I also can’t wait to see my family at the end of the year, as it would been 2.5 years since I last saw them due to COVID.”
Get to know Emma
When did you first know you had a knack for being super organised?
“I have always been a planner and a do-er! Using a diary and checking things off my to-do list is such a good feeling and I have loved helping friends plan events, keeping them on the straight and narrow.”
What's something about you (a fun fact) that not many people know?
“It’s not very fun sorry, but most people don’t know I have naturally VERY curly hair! I’ve been straightening it since High School so most people have never seen it curly except for my family!”
What’s one thing — either industry-related or not — you learned in the last month?
“In the last month I have learned how incredible the Honey Lane team is! There are so many creative and organised minds working together on each couples special day and the amount of love, passion and excitement that goes into each and every celebration is really something special!”
What you are most looking forward to this year?
“More weddings! I am also getting married in September of this year so I am really excited to be on the other end of things and experience the day being the bride!”
