If you’re thinking of a festival themed wedding, Jessey and Ross’ wedding is your #weddinginspo! We just loved working with the cool and fun-loving couple who envisioned a celebration of love that would had FUN at its heart. The stunning Woods Farm in Jervis Bay on the NSW South Coast was the ideal outdoor backdrop for their festival style wedding.
Kicking the festival of love off was the the romantic ceremony which took place in The Wood’s gorgeous timber chapel. With open sides that bring in the native bush from the outside, this unique chapel exudes a rustic charm and natural elegance. Its stunning antique feature entrance doors and a soaring 4-meter high antique arbour backdrop provided a glorious setting for the exchange of vows. The styling team collaborated with the florist to create eye-catching aerial dried floral installations, and a teal feature drape that added a touch of splendour to the chapel and enhanced the bohemian theme.
Further infusing the festival atmosphere into their special day, a naked teepee styled to perfection has to be called out as a standout styling feature! It not only offered unique photo opportunities for the wedding album, but also added some cred and authenticity to the festival vibe! Upping the novelty factor further… an ice-cream cart and Kombi mobile bar pouring ice-cold craft beers on site, were an absolute hit with the guests. It was clear that Jessey and Ross wanted every aspect of their wedding to reflect their fun-loving and festive natures!
Following the heartfelt ceremony, the couple opted for a relaxed cocktail wedding reception outdoors. The sun shining brightly, guests immersed themselves in the relaxed atmosphere, accompanied by live music from a band. The outdoor setting, styled to perfection with a Persian rug dancefloor, created the ideal space for guests to let loose well into the night. Laughter, love, and dance filled the air as the evening unfolded and the rug dancefloor was the place to be!
